The Ahi Museum, opened in 2023 in Kırşehir, aims to provide information about the history and rituals of the Ahi organization, in addition to displaying historical objects. This museum adopts a concept that focuses on Ahi Evran-ı Veli, the Ahi organization, and various objects, items, clothing, and manuscripts related to craftsmanship. It presents traces of the Ahi organization, which has been in existence for over 800 years, and the history of Anatolia to visitors.
The design of the door inside the museum is conceptualized by Atölye Demirtaş, and its implementation belongs to our workshop. Red brick and turquoise-colored tiles of different sizes were produced for the surroundings of the door. For the lintel section of the door, Seljuk star and cross tiles prepared in manganese purple and turquoise colors provide aesthetic integrity. Additionally, to complete the lintel composition, three round Iznik tiles with a diameter of 30 cm each have been added.
