1) How can I return a product?
You can return your products free of charge within 14 days in a complete form together with all accessories and original invoice related thereto on the condition that you are required to meet those terms set out in the Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions contract.
•    Order number, name, the reason for return and other required details for the product that you wish to return should be completed in full.
•    Product to be returned and its packaging should be undamaged.
•    You can send the products purchased by you by means of UPS, our contracted cargo company, free of charge.
•    Our UPS cargo customer number: 885W4Y
•    Please write this code on the cargo package and duly inform the cargo officer.
•    Cargo fees for returns shipped by a cargo company other than UPS Kargo shall be borne by our customer.
2) How does the return process function?
Your return shall be first inspected by Iznik Mavi Çini customer representatives to see if they meet the conditions above.
Return of the products that meet the return procedures shall be approved, and the product fee shall be transferred to your account within 10 business days. It may take up to 7-15 business days pursuant to bank procedures to credit this sum to your account.
