Shipping policy

Products in stock are shipped the day after the order is placed; if that day is a Sunday, the order is shipped on Monday. Products not in stock are made after the order is placed and handed to the carrier within 10 business days. Orders within Turkey are shipped with our contracted carrier Yurtiçi Kargo, and delivery takes 2-5 business days on average. Shipping is free for orders within Turkey.

International orders are shipped with FedEx, and delivery takes 5-10 business days depending on the country. Shipping is free for international orders; customs duties and taxes are included in the product price.

When your order is shipped, the tracking number is sent to you by email. Please check the product in front of the courier when you receive the package. If the product arrives damaged or broken, a damage report must be drawn up by the courier to document that the damage occurred during shipping; when a copy of the report is sent to iletisim@iznikmavicini.com, İznik Mavi Çini sends a replacement without asking for the product back.

Returns within Turkey can be sent cash on delivery with our contracted carrier Yurtiçi Kargo. For details, please see the Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions page. For returns sent with a carrier other than Yurtiçi Kargo, the shipping cost is paid by the buyer.
