Shipping policy
International orders are shipped with one of the companies DHL, Fedex, or Asset Logistics, and the delivery time varies between 5-10 business days depending on the country. Customs and tax expenses are included in the amount you paid.
When your order is shipped, you will be sent a tracking number via email/SMS. Please check the product in front of the courier when receiving the package. Responsibility is not accepted for products received without a report in case of damage.
For domestic shipments, returns can be made with our partner Yurtici Kargo as cash on delivery. For detailed information, you can check the Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions page. In returns sent outside of the contracted cargo, the shipping fee is deducted from the refund amount.
In international shipments, returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
