However, by law, there is no right of withdrawal for the following types of products or services, even if they have not been used/consumed: Products prepared according to the special requests or personal needs of the BUYER (including those personalized by making changes or additions, and products specially procured from within or outside the country based on the BUYER's order).
In cases where the right of withdrawal can be exercised, the BUYER is obliged to act in accordance with the operation, technical specifications, and usage instructions of the product. The BUYER is responsible for any changes and damages resulting from use contrary to these obligations. In this case, the SELLER reserves the right to refuse the right of withdrawal or to make a discount equal to the depreciation of the product price.

In returns made with a different cargo company other than Yurtiçi Kargo, the shipping cost will not be covered by us and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
According to tax legislation, the invoice must also be returned with the product.
In returns made on behalf of legal entities (orders made in the name of a company), it is mandatory to issue a return invoice. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
Individual consumers must fill out and sign the return form that comes with the cargo and send it along with the product.

Notwithstanding the above, in the event that the product is sent to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without any justification.
